Liberia

AccessBank Liberia started operations in 2009 as a fully-fledged commercial bank for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises and their families. It is the first Liberian bank to focus specifically on this clientele and has become the most important SME lender in the country.

AB Bank Rwanda was founded in 2013 as a socially responsible bank for the lower- and middle-income groups of the Rwandan population. Its work has been recognised with numerous awards, particularly in consumer protection

Nigeria

AB Microfinance Bank was established in 2008. It has since become one of the leading banks for economically active low-income households and micro, small and medium-sized enterprises in Nigeria, helping to create new business and employment opportunities in the country. 

Zambia

AB Bank Zambia has been operating since 2011. It offers responsible financial products for small businesses to promote economic development and entrepreneurship. The bank’s work has been recognized several times with the ‘Governor’s Award for Innovation on Financial Literacy’.
