AccessHolding has published its 2025 Impact Report, reflecting on two decades of building responsible financial institutions across Africa as it approaches its 20th anniversary.

In 2025, the Group’s network banks in Liberia, Madagascar, Nigeria, Rwanda, and Zambia served more than 287,000 clients, with microfinance making up approximately 80% of the loan portfolio. More than USD 80 million in outstanding loans reached over 132,000 women borrowers — nearly half of all clients — supporting income, resilience, and economic participation.

The report also marks a milestone in AccessHolding’s ESG journey: its first consolidated operational greenhouse gas inventory, alongside expanded green finance, stronger climate risk management, and continued investment in cybersecurity, client protection, and digital services. Structured around the UN Sustainable Development Goals, it shows how responsible finance translates into lasting social, economic, and environmental progress.

The “Voices from our network” section brings this to life, with perspectives from each bank and client stories from across our markets.
